VIRGIL SITH II; Born February 3, 1921 (19)
Virgil's main aspect of the world is that it's filthy.
That doesn't stop him from being the richest, most refined man in it. He usually spends his time lounging around his condo, where he drinks at the bars, invites over some girls for some "old fashion fun", or gambling.
His fortion is mainly from his gambling; his favorite games are blackjack and Russian Roulette. He cheats, but is never caught, and if he's accussed he simply shrugs off the fool who dare say. Then after the game, he kills him.
Although Virgil seems very mature and always wears a polite smile, he gets very childish. Especially when Bel comes to stay after long "trips", he insists that Bel play games with him, and drags him to clubs.
His main weapon is a golden, old-fashion gun, which is made of clock screws and diamond powder. It's specially made bullets, when shot into flesh, disolve the bone inside, and turn the skin to stone.
His hair curl is natural ;D
